Colette's Twix Brownie

Named after my friend that absolutely fell in love with these brownies. Twix are my favorite candy bar, so, I turned them into a brownie. Short bread cookie crust, momo brownie with a caramel swirl, once baked the brownies are topped with a thin layer of chocolate frosting and each brownie is topped with a twix candy piece.
